Stránka pozastavena

Dne 11. 5. 2009 mi byl mým poskytovatelem přeposlán e-mail od právníků společnosti Irdeto kde byl můj poskytovatel požádán o zrušení těchto stránek z důvodů poškozování duševního vlasnictví společnosti Irdeto.

Sice nevím jaké produkty společnosti Irdeto zde jsou k dispozici, ale abych nezpůsobil svému hostingu problémy pozastavím tyto stránky do vyřešení situace.

My client, Irdeto Access B.V. of Hoofddorp, the Netherlands ("_Irdeto_"), has requested me to inform you as follows.
It has come to the knowledge of my client that the website _https://sat-gi.mafro.info_ ("the Website") contains materials that infringes my client's intellectual property rights. Furthermore, the content of the Website is unlawful to my client. For your convenience, I hereby enclose a copy of the letter I have sent to the operator of the Website. In order to make sure that the operator of the Website receives this letter, please forward this letter (and attached copy) to _https://sat-gi.mafro.info_.
From the "whois-database" it appears that ************** is responsible for the administration of the Website. Furthermore, based on article 14 of the European Directive on Electronic Commerce (2000/31/EC) and based on the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (article 512 US Copyright Act), an ISP is obliged to, as soon as the ISP obtains actual knowledge of illegal activity or information and, as regards claims for damages, is aware of facts or circumstances from which the illegal activity or information is apparent, to act expeditiously to remove or to disable access to the information. In this respect, reference is also made to the decision of the Court of Appeal of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, dated 7 November 2002 (XS4ALL/Deutsche Bahn).

11. may 2008 i take e-mail forwarded to me by my hosting provider, where lawer of Irdeto company noticed my hoster to take down this pages from reason, that this page infriges intelectual property of Irdeto company.

I really don't know what kind of Irdeto products are on this pages available, but i suspend this page to the moment of solving this situation.
